Beginning on the Autumn Equinox September 21, join Amber and friends in movement ritual, a residency at Novotel Toronto Centre on the Esplanade. Monthly classes, each a signature misfitmethod class: GET SHIFTED, LENGTHENED, POWERFUL, ELEVATED, BE MOVED, RELEASED, FUSION, all the fan favourites until December!
Combining powerful and creative strengthening shapes with lateral openings and deep stretches, these classes are intended to be a journey. Offering a poetic way to connect to inner strength, open the mind, nourish the entire body by breathing slow, moving intentionally and consciously releasing tension that often builds within.
Where you'll feel it most: Full body vibrations united to strength and grace
Intensity: These classes are intended to be challenging, go at your own pace, modify as you need, listen to your intuition and take good care of yourself. You are so much stronger than you think you are.
