Start the week off with dance-like movement to get the sweat pouring, powerful and creative strengthening shapes, & lateral openings and deep stretches. These classes are intended to be a journey.

Prepare your space with a mat, water, squish ball (or yoga blocks / towel / bands), weights (or alternatives, like cans of soup or books)

While these classes are intended to be challenging, you are invited to go at your own pace. If you require specific modifications to accommodate an injury, disability or pregnancy, please let Amber know at the beginning of class. Above all, listen to your intuition and take good care of yourself.
