So many of you have been reaching out, asking me to come back to Toronto.I’ve been listening. I’ve taken your requests to heart.And I’m returning — with intention.

Each month, we will gather at Society Clubhouse for one hour of ritual movement as medicine.An opportunity to embody your body and return home to yourself.To remember that our bodies are both our first altar and our first miracle.

Through breath, sound, and movement, we will awaken what’s hidden, soften what’s stuck, and honour the miracle of being alive in this form.

This is more than a class. It’s a monthly devotion — a pause, a reset, a chance to begin again.

This is my homecoming.A return to the city that shaped me, to the community that has been calling me back.I can’t wait to move with you again.
