The movement: A Pilates class designed to build strength in the lower body through lots of glute WERK! Think hip rolls, dips, lifts and squats.

Where you’ll feel it most: Inner and outer thighs, hamstring, side glute & under glute.

Intensity: This class reeeally works the lower half, and you can make it as intense as you like. Choose variations to give you a subtle burn, or GO FOR IT for a full on sweat.


The movement: Upper body work with and without weights throughout this class. Long creative sequences plays on strength and stability work for arms, shoulders, upper back and the core graceful dance like arm sequences.

Where you’ll feel it most: Full-body, focusing on upper body strength

Intensity: medium/hard, or keep it more restorative and ditch the weights.


The movement: To feel lifted from the inside out, the aim is to balance the body. Working upper and lower body equally, with emphasis on building core strength. A great introduction to the MISFITMETHOD, featuring signature method moves and sequences that will leave you feeling more open, stronger and a little sweaty!

Where you’ll feel it most: Full body.

Intensity: This will sneak up on you, feeling it days later.


The movement: Inspired by the movement of Ballet, Modern and JAZZ, all rolled up into one fluid class.

Where you’ll feel it most: A strong focus on feet, ankles and calves, with a whole lot of glutes and leg work to stabilize. Arms are added to help connect to your inner dancer!

Intensity: A real range. From slow and specific to upbeat cardio dance party.


The movement: The MISFIT take on a barre class. Your body will work with fun flowing dance-like movement interwoven throughout. Think calf-raises, squats, wide plies, and core at the barre!

Where you’ll feel it most: Legs, calves and glutes.

Intensity: medium.



The movement: Movement for pleasure and joy!!!! Jazzz, dance class vibes and grapevines to feed the heart. Music encourages full body movement, fun sequences to get your heart rate up and sweat ON.

Where you’ll feel it most: Heart and full-body.

Intensity: This is a wild ride, a movement party! For those of you who love to yell and scream and have a good 'ol time – this one is for YOU.


The movement: This class brings out ALL the feels, offering an opportunity to SHIFT the energy within and sweat out what no longer serves. The first half of class filled with intentional intensity – sweeps, reaches, step taps, climbers and fluid, dance-like movement to get the sweat pouring. Cool and calm with gentle self soothing shapes to nourish and replenish the nervous system.

Where you’ll feel it most: Heart.

Intensity: You’ll work up a heart warming sweat


The movement: Strength work sneaks into dance sequences as this class turns up the heat. Cardiovascular and respiratory work mirrors strength and stability.

Where you’ll feel it most: Full-body.

Intensity: HIGH. This one’s tough, in the best kinda way.


The movement: Tune into the physical body by moving, dancing and sweating to intentionally release tension, and untangle emotional knots we often hold within. This class creates physical highs and lows to practice the practice of presence.

Where you’ll feel it most: Full-body.

Intensity: Medium.


The movement: A Mindful connection is necessary as the high pace of this class requires full attention. Moving and flowing shapes inspired by Yoga, Pilates and dance as this class flows into one long sequence.

Where you’ll feel it most: Full body, especially the heart.

Intensity: High.


The movement: A fun, uplifting step class on a Bosu with some strength and stability floor work.

Where you’ll feel it most: Full-body, heart and lungs.

Intensity: High intensity, bring a towel!!!!


The movement: An intense cardio experience! We warm-up from the inside out with low impact, high-intensity cardio work using a mini trampoline, focusing on stamina, lymphatic drainage, pelvic floor connection and FUNNN.

Where you’ll feel it most: Full-body, heart and lungs.

Intensity: Good for all levels.



The movement: Combining standing shapes, lateral openings and deep full body stretches, this class offers a creative way to open you up. Nourish the entire body by breathing slow, moving intentionally and consciously releasing tension that can build within.

Where you’ll feel it most: Full-body as a release.

Intensity: Calming, good for all levels.


The movement: Take time to tune in and soften. Inspired to cultivate a tender practice that allows for flowing, active stretching, self-massage and mindful breath.

Where you’ll feel it most: Full-body.

Intensity: Relaxing.


The movement: For parents and caregivers. Taking time for yourself is challenging, this to class takes both the post//pre natal and/or baby holding body into consideration as we flow, stretch and breathe.

Where you’ll feel it most: Full body.

Intensity: Take all the rest you need, make it yours, change and soothe your baby as you need!



The movement: Slow, syrupy stretch.

Where you’ll feel it most: The nervous system, take an hour to calm from the inside out.

Intensity: low, calming.  


The movement: Cardio reformer - jumping!!!

Where you’ll feel it most: The systems of the body cardiovascular, respiratory and physical with particular emphasis on the legs and glutes.

Intensity: High energy.


The movement: An hour fuelled by creative and challenging sequences connecting the entire body, with graceful movement focused on building strength and stability.

Where you’ll feel it most: Full body.

Intensity: Medium/hard.
